Welcome to our colourful world of stained glass at Kaanchi Glasscraft studio.
At Kaanchi Glasscraft, we craft decorative and intricate, fine hand-crafted, one of a kind, pieces of art. Our expertise lies in all custom made exquisite art pieces made in stained glass. From something as small and cute like suncatchers to large designer window stained glass panels. From elegant mosaic home decor, nature inpired bird and animal mosaics, pet portraits to custom made mosaics; you will find them all here handcrafted based on our client specifications.
Stained glass is imported coloured glass used for making decorative windows and other objects through which light passes. All coloured glass is “stained,” or coloured by the addition of various metallic oxides while it is in a molten state.
A mosaic is a piece of art that is composed of many tiny pieces of glass or tile. Attention to detail allows you to see the whole picture broken up into numerous small shapes and colors. From afar, mosaic art glistens with an impressive array of colors and patterns. Up close, the intricacies involved are unveiled, and you can see how much time and effort must have gone into creating the artwork.
Tiffany stained glass art
We follow the original Tiffany style of stained glass crafting developed and produced by Louis Comfort Tiffany (1848-1933).
It consists of beautifully cut, individual pieces of stained glass having vibrant colors and textures, perfectly joined with copper tapes, soldered and set in copper fixtures to create 2D or 3D art pieces.
These can be hanging suncatchers, lamps or large panels for partitions, doors and/or windows.
Check out the wide variety of artworks that we have created for our innumerable happy clients so far. You might just find that right something exciting you.
If our artworks interest you enough to bring the beauty and class of stained glass into your homes, let’s get connected! Reach out with details of your requirement and contact information, and we would be happy to create an exclusive and unique art piece for you.
